    Where could I find more information on the Vote-Saving proposal? I’m struggling to find anything of substance on line.

    Neither will any block place by W1 on PC1 be triggered,
    because as far as W1 is concerned it is connected to W2 and not PC1.

    Paid Facebook proxy sites are going to be more reliable,
    faster, and less likely to be blocked. Since the blog
    owner regularly is checking the blog, the owner will surely read you comment and possibly click the link you posted there.
