There&#039;s also the issue that in Britain a Parliament is not allowed to pass laws that bind or restrict future Parliaments. Were we to wish to leave the EU, no doubt we could argue that this Parliament, in ratifying Lisbon, agreed to something it could not agree to.]]></description>
