This is so creepy and obviously stupid it feels like a set-up. But it looks real and here we are:

I don’t really see it as all that creepy to go and intimidate would-be criminals into not being criminals. Yes, if you’re not paying taxes, you’re a criminal. If I were Tom right now, I’d find this to be a fairly effective advertisement (in comparison to anything else I could imagine) to convince me to pay my taxes. When people aren’t paying taxes, it tends to be negative sum for all parties involved, and if advertisements like this are what help. then so be it.

    I actually have for over a year, thanks for asking, though. I don’t see any correlation between advocating competition in government, and being against somewhat directly suggesting that people obey the laws that are in place. I do appreciate your comment devoid of any rebuttal, though.
