Let A Thousand Nations Bloom 
Sounds good.. globalization ain’t bad and we can’t do without national sovereignty. Whether the nations are Glorious Republics or respectable Monarchies.. that’s the only important question left.
Jeremy, I don’t know how you define sovereignty, but you aren’t going to have a very worthwhile republic without it.
So what?
What counts is individual sovereignty. Aka freedom.
Anything less are just attempts at obfuscating taking that away from others.
